The achievement can be found in your profile section of the app. Here you can see which achievements you have already completed (coloured) and the ones you are yet to complete (white).
If an achievement is partially coloured this means you have completed some of the achievement – this will be relevant for achievements where multiple visits or purchases are required for completion.
You get points for each achievement you complete and these points can be found in the achievement section of the app!
